What began as helping her mother install wallpaper throughout high school quickly grew into a passion of Marlie’s own. Working alongside her mother gave her years of hands-on experience and an early appreciation for the patience, precision, and artistry required to install wallcoverings beautifully.

After recognizing the growing need for skilled wallcovering installation in College Station, Marlie chose not to wait until graduating from Texas A&M University to pursue her vision. Instead, she took a leap of faith and founded Marlie Sue & Co., a company built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and personal connection.

Today, Marlie Sue & Co. is trusted by homeowners, designers, and custom homebuilders throughout the Bryan–College Station area. As the company continues to grow, Marlie is expanding and training a team of installers who share her commitment to quality and attention to detail.

As a proud Aggie pursuing a degree in Marketing at Texas A&M, Marlie has the unique opportunity to apply what she learns in the classroom directly to the growth of her company. Every project reminds her why she chose this path: thoughtful design, meaningful craftsmanship, and strong relationships have the power to transform not only a space, but also the lives of the people who call it home.
